Written Directions
To avoid Downtown Montreal coming from Ontario: from Autoroute 20, west of the city, take Autoroute 30 East (Sorel-Tracy) to exit 83 onto Autoroute 20 (Quebec). Follow directions below. From Autoroute 20: Take exit 312-N onto Autoroute 73 North across the bridge "Pont Pierre-Laporte". Approx. 7 km / 4 mi after the bridge, continue straight onto 573 North (Shannon). (The 73 North highway becomes 573 North.) Follow the instructions below. From Autoroute 40, West of Quebec: Follow 40 East to exit 307-N onto Autoroute 73 North, then continue straight onto 573 North (Aut. Henri IV) and continue as below. Once you are on Autoroute 573 North, continue approx. 8 km / 5 mi and you will arrive at a traffic light at the intersection of Ave. Industrielle (there is a McDonald’s, gas station, grocery store, etc. to the left). Continue straight ahead approximately 3.5 km / 2.2 mi to the next traffic light at the intersection of Montolieu. Turn right (East) onto Montolieu toward 371 North (Valcartier). Continue 3.3 km / 2 mi and turn left (North) onto Boul. Valcartier. Continue for approx. 8 km / 5 mi to the town of St-Gabriel-de-Valcartier. |

Pour éviter le centre-ville de Montréal à partir de l'Ontario: À partir de l'Autoroute 20, à l'ouest de la ville, prendre l'Autoroute 30 est (Sorel-Tracy) jusqu'à la sortie 83 vers l'Autoroute 20 (Québec). Suivre les instructions ci-bas. À partir de l'Autoroute 20: Prendre la sortie 312-N vers l'Autoroute 73 nord et traverser le Pont Pierre-Laporte. Env. 7 km / 4 mi après le pont, continuer tout droit sur 573 nord (Shannon). (La 73 nord devient la 573 nord.) Suivre les instructions ci-bas. À partir de l'Autoroute 40, à l'ouest de Québec: Suivre l'Autoroute 40 est jusqu'à la sortie 307-N vers l'Autoroute 73 nord, puis continuer tout droit sur la 573 nord (Aut. Henri IV) et suivre les instructions ci-bas. À partir de l'Autoroute 573 nord, continuer env. 8 km / 5 mi pour arriver à une lumière à l'intersection de l'Ave. Industrielle (McDonald's, station service, épicerie, etc. à gauche). Continuer tout droit env. 3.5 km / 2.2 mi jusqu'à la prochaine lumière à l'intersection de Montolieu. Tourner à droite (est) sur Montolieu vers 371 nord (Valcartier). Continuer 3.3 km / 2 mi et tourner à gauche (nord) sur Boul. Valcartier. Continuer env. 8 km / 5 mi jusqu'au village de Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier. |
